If you really want the taste of coffee without giving you a sugar high, these chocolate covered coffee beans are coated with a high cacao content at 70% Cacao. Each coffee bean is double coated with organic chocolate from our farm. The coffee beans are organically grown and coming from the neighboring state of Chiapas in Mexico. Ingredients
Organic dark chocolate (cacao liquor, cacao butter, cane sugar), coffee beans.
MINIMALLY FERMENTED >LOWER ACID >MORE ANTIOXIDANTS
Our beans are specially fermented for less than 3 days. This creates less acidity. Research has shown that less days of fermentation means more flavanols are maintained in the chocolate.
